I know there is tons of post similar to mine on internet, but I couldn’t find any pictures that looks like mine.
I am trying my second Kombucha brew, but as I was about to do the second fermentation I saw those white spot on the scoby. I did my research, but I am unsure. They do not look like the typical mold I’ve seen in many post . It is not blossoming or fast spreading. None of those spot seem to have a different color.
I am wondering if the scoby is just making a new layer and it is a normal process to see those spot on a scoby.
