Hi all, im a total newbie so apologies if this is a daft question: when I brewed my first batch of Kombucha all went well until bottling, then I realised as I bottled them with fruit and honey, the caps on the bottles didn’t seal very well. I thought this would be okay as it might allow any excess fizz that builds up to escape, but a week or so later no fizz whatsoever in any bottles and in one there was green mould! The others all appeared to have a mini scoby in the neck so I decanted the liquid into new bottles (that do seal) and have refrigerated them – but my question is do u think they’ll be safe to drink or should I chuck them (they taste ok but flat)
