Hi there! I currently brew kombutcha at a 4 weeks interval. While that works great, I feel that there is a large time gap from starting until it’s ready for drinking. So today I ordered another 2 gallon jar so that I can have 2 parallel being units running but with 2 weeks time difference. That would definitely help providing a more continuous supply of Kombucha. I’m just trying to figure out if it’s possible to save the start fluid for the 2nd batch 2 extra weeks. Would that cause any issues, e.g. would the start fluid turn too old? Any ideas how to achieve what I want?
Cheers!
