Was organizing a cupboard and found a bottle I had put in for second fermentation and forgot about. I can’t even remember the last time I brewed. May have been summer of 2019. It has a suction stopper top. Haven’t released it yet. Kind of scared, lol. It’s a beautiful, light orange color and a scoby has grown in it. Sadly the scoby is trapped by the small mouth of the decorative bottle. questions: Can I use the kombucha, or is it vinegar now, in the bottle to start a new scoby? Can I drink it? Would like to hear opinions. Thank you!
