I have started using green tea and I really like how it has worked out. I want to know the best way to make blends. Ideally I would like my 3 gallon to be black and a 2 gallon green and blend during secondary. Is there any disadvantage to flavor to fermenting them separately? Would it be best to do the blend in the primary so black and green ferment in same containers?
I brew them separately so splitting them is not a problem and having them separate would allow me to easily mix any ratio I need.
