I have a continuous brew that had going for a while successfully then took a break. I’ve started up again and made a few batches with no issues, but the last time i made the tea I had it cooling then I fell asleep, and put the tea in the fridge overnight because I didn’t know if it would be ok sitting out all night. I took it out in the morning and let it sit out for a few hours to come to room temperature. (it was a 6 quart batch so it was in a large stainless steel pot). I think the tea was probably too cold to add but I was running late and just added it because I was in a hurry. I’d say the temperature went down to in the 50’s. Now I’m worried I ruined the batch, will it be ok? I read that if the tea was too cold it could cause mold or not brew right.
